چکیده
This study aimed to synthesize chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol (CS/PVA)-based zinc oxide (ZnO) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) hybrid bionanocomposites (BNCs) observe their comparative accomplishment against the skin cancer cell line, A431, antioxidant potential. CS was blended with PVA form polymeric films reinforced immobilization of ZnO TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs), separately. The optimization BNCs done via physicochemical studies, viz. moisture content, swelling ratio, contact angle measurements. free radical scavenging activity observed for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl, antibacterial assay Escherichia coli strain showed a higher zone inhibition. Furthermore, anticancer synthesized revealed line A431 under varying concentrations 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 μg/mL. high percent cancerous inhibition (70%) in as compared (61%) dose-dependent manner.

متن کاملNanoparticles for Biomedical Applications
Particles with diameters in the range of 2 to 100 nm, so-called nanocrystalline materials, have become a major interdisciplinary area of research during recent decades. In fact, since the seventeenth century, noble metallic nanomaterials, though not understood, have been obtained and used to give rise to a brilliant rose color throughout Europe in stained glass windows of cathedrals and by the ...
